Questions on the subject of character design

Here are my answers to a series of questions on the subject of character design from one of my MA students... as usual, my answers are spoken not written.

  1. It was great to listen to your thoughts on jos questions, and to add new considerations to character and context. I very much admire your draughtsmanship and the sensitivity of both the illustrations and narrative. You mentioned Martin do you teach on the Cambridge ma? I attended the summer school the summer before last n the feedback both inspired n kept my motivation going when there is a lack of creative nearby. I have a fine art background but for the past 3 years are writing n illustrating my own stories. I'm very much trying n aspiring at the moment but if you ever have a moment to check out my instagram account; DetteAllmark I would value any well needed feedback.
